1. Agreement to Terms

By submitting your information through our lead forms, contact pages, or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not submit your information.

2. Application-to-Person (A2P) SMS / Text Messaging Program

By providing your mobile phone number and submitting our lead form, you give your explicit consent to receive automated text messages (SMS and MMS) from Flicker Construction LLC.

• Message Content: Messages may include project quote updates, scheduling, appointment reminders, project follow-ups, and promotional offers regarding exterior construction services (such as roofing, siding, windows, or decking).
• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your project inquiry and interaction with our team.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
• Opt-Out: You can unsubscribe from our text messages at any time. Simply reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. After texting STOP, you will receive one final text message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive text messages from us unless you submit a new request.
• Support: For assistance, reply HELP to any message you receive, or email us directly at Admin@Flickerconstructionllc.com.
• Carrier Liability: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

3. Preliminary Estimates Only

Any initial pricing, project timelines, material suggestions, or scope-of-work estimates discussed via text, email, or displayed on this website are preliminary and non-binding. A legal and binding agreement for construction services is only formed after an on-site property inspection, a formal written proposal, and a contract signed by both parties.

4. Accuracy of Property Information

By submitting a request for an estimate, you certify that the property address provided is accurate. You also certify that you are either the legal owner of the property or have explicit legal authority from the owner to request exterior construction inspections and quotes.

5. Data Privacy for Messaging

We respect your privacy. Your text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared, sold, rented, or leased to any third parties, affiliates, or partners for marketing or promotional purposes.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
